“Cruise concierge class” covers several different products. Some are upgraded standard cabins; some are suites. Here is how the main concierge tiers compare, line by line.

Celebrity Concierge Class

Celebrity’s Concierge Class is a veranda stateroom with extra service: priority touches around embarkation and dining, upgraded in-room amenities and a team to help with requests. The cabin itself is close to a standard veranda. It sits below AquaClass (spa-focused verandas) and well below The Retreat, which is Celebrity’s suite class with its own lounge, restaurant and sundeck. If you want the concierge feel without suite prices, Concierge Class is the entry point.

Regent Seven Seas Concierge Suites

Regent sails all-suite ships with very inclusive fares, so its Concierge Suites add on top of a high base. Regent’s own blog describes extra in-suite amenities and a complimentary pre-cruise hotel package at this level; such packages are capacity-controlled and can change, so ask for the current terms on your voyage. In the 2026 World Cruise Awards, Regent’s top suite, the Regent Suite, was named the world’s best cruise ship suite.

Royal Caribbean Sky Class and Princess Sanctuary

Royal Caribbean groups its suites as Royal Suite Class: Sea, Sky and Star. According to its Royal Suite Class page, Sky Class guests have access to a concierge, and Star Class guests get a Royal Genie. The program runs on the line’s larger ships, including the Oasis, Quantum and Icon classes.

Princess announced in October 2026 that its Sanctuary Collection, which started on Sun Princess and Star Princess, is coming to Royal, Regal, Discovery, Sky and Enchanted Princess, with first sailings in 2027. Sanctuary suite guests get a dedicated concierge and a suite lounge, and the Princess Premier package is included for new bookings.

Concierge Inside the Big Suite Complexes

Norwegian Cruise Line’s The Haven and MSC Cruises’ Yacht Club are private suite areas that include concierge service as well as 24-hour butlers. They are a step beyond a concierge tier; Cruising First Class explains how these ship-within-a-ship areas work.

Comparing Concierge Tiers Fairly

  • Is it a cabin or a suite? Concierge Class verandas and concierge suites are very different amounts of space.
  • Is there a lounge? A private lounge is the biggest everyday difference.
  • What is already included in the fare? On an inclusive line, the concierge tier adds less; on a mainstream line, it can add a lot.
  • How many rooms share the concierge? A small group gets more personal attention.
